Aloha

Well...the day is here!

This date has been stared at, prayed over, cried over, been excited over, feared over, and trusted over for the better part of the last five months. To think that it is here and is almost in the past astounds me.

I am currently in Hawaii enjoying the beautiful weather in the humble abode of Kevin Schmidt. So kind of them to allow me to stay with them during my transition time. Kevin has a full slate planned for me and him the next couple of days before he and his family go to the mainland for a month. At that point, I request the prayers to begin pouring in.

I am so excited about this opportunity God has given me, it is still kind of surreal at the moment. It finally hit the beginning stages of setting in when Kevin took me to OUR office this afternoon after the airport. To think this is he time I won't be going back to Kansas after a couple weeks is a little daunting, but I am in full trust I am ready for the challenge through Christ who strengthens me.
